Thank you for shopping with Pure Detox. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders (including subscription shipments). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing window: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, handling may extend to up to 6 business days.

  • Cut-off: Orders placed after our daily cut-off may be processed the next business day.

  • Pre-orders / backorders: Estimated dispatch dates are shown at checkout/email. Dates are estimates only and may change; we’ll notify you of material changes.

  • Split shipments: We may ship items separately to speed delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers.

Estimated Transit Times (business days)

These are estimates, excluding handling, customs clearance, weather, and other events outside our control.

  • USA: 4–8

  • Canada / Australia: 4–12

  • New Zealand: 2–5

  • United Kingdom / Switzerland / Germany: 3–8

  • Singapore / United Arab Emirates: 4–8

  • Europe (other): 5–15

  • Other countries: 5–25

If your region shows both a general window (5–20) and a table estimate, the table governs.

Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Free shipping on orders to 160+ countries. We may apply a remote-area surcharge or decline delivery to certain addresses at our discretion (you will be notified and offered a refund).

  • Carriers: We use a network of reputable couriers and postal partners. Carrier selection may vary by destination and weight.

  • Signature on delivery: For high-value orders or certain destinations, a signature may be required.

  • Shipping insurance (optional): If offered at checkout, insurance covers carrier-confirmed loss/damage under the insurer’s terms.

Address Changes, Cancellations & Order Edits

  • Address changes: Email hello@puredetox.co within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot modify addresses after the order is packed or shipped.

  • Cancellations/edits: Contact us as soon as possible. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled or modified. See our Refund Policy for options.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

  • No tracking received within 7 business days after purchase? Contact hello@puredetox.co.

  • Tracking visibility may vary when parcels transfer between postal networks or customs.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, broker fees, and inspections. These charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • Customs processing can delay delivery and is outside our control. We comply with international trade and export rules.

Delivery Issues — What to Do

A) Marked “Delivered” but not received

  1. Check around the delivery point and with household/neighbors/building staff.

  2. Verify the address and review carrier proof of delivery.

  3. If still missing, contact us within 5 business days of the “delivered” scan. We will open a carrier investigation; you may be asked for a signed non-receipt affidavit and, where applicable, a police report for suspected theft.

Note: For “porch piracy,” we are not automatically liable once the carrier confirms delivery, but we will assist in good faith.

B) No movement / Lost in transit

  • Domestic (US): If there is no scan activity for 10 consecutive business days, contact us to investigate.

  • International: If no scan activity for 14 consecutive business days, contact us.

We’ll work with the carrier; if declared lost, we will reship or refund per our Refund Policy.

C) Damaged on arrival

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We’ll replace or refund per our Refund Policy.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, unclaimed status, or inability to contact recipient, we may either:
    (i) reship (a reshipment fee may apply), or
    (ii) process a refund minus any non-recoverable shipping and handling costs (even where initial shipping was “free”).

  • If the parcel is not returned to us (e.g., disposed of by the carrier), a refund may not be available unless the error was ours.

Subscriptions & Recurring Shipments

  • Each successful subscription payment creates one corresponding order and shipment for that cycle.

  • Subscription parcels follow the same shipping rules (handling, tracking, customs, delivery issues). See Section 6A – Subscriptions in our Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.

Restrictions & Special Destinations

  • PO Boxes / APO/FPO/DPO: Service may be limited and delivery times longer.

  • Sanctioned or restricted destinations: We may be unable to ship to certain countries/regions due to sanctions or carrier limitations; affected orders will be canceled and refunded.

  • Hazardous/regulated items: Some items cannot ship to certain locations due to carrier or regulatory restrictions.

Title & Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier at our shipping point. We will assist with carrier investigations as a courtesy. Optional shipping insurance is recommended for high-value orders.

Pricing & Shipping Errors

We strive for accuracy but may correct pricing, availability, and shipping-rate errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed under an error (even if confirmed). You’ll be notified and may approve the correction or receive a full refund.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, labor actions, wars, epidemics, customs holds, carrier disruptions, or governmental actions).

Data Shared with Carriers & Suppliers

To fulfill your order (including items manufactured or warehoused in China), we share only the minimum necessary shipment data (recipient name, delivery address, contact details, product and customs information) with carriers and logistics partners. See our Privacy Policy for details.
